hi frnds my brother facing this problem dats y i writing this small tutorial "how to enable/disable usb port on ur windows os".
click on start go to run and type "regedit" u'll get reg windows.
On the registry:
Click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentContolSet > Services > USBSTOR
Choose the Start Modify the value data 3 to 4 Hexadecimal
3= Enable
4= Disable
